Hot sweet potato fries, spicy tacos

The Bayard Taylor chefs got a lesson in the importance of planning to make sure that both the potatoes and tacos came out of the oven at the same time and could be enjoyed while both were hot. Sweet potato fries were new to and enjoyed by everyone. Joseph and Basina added some spice to their taco to give it some zing.
