Frittata muffins, mint tea both had pleasing aromas

Week 1:

Visitation students began the 1st session of the fall 2017 My Daughter’s Kitchen cooking series, brimming with enthusiasm.  At each step of preparation of a recipe of mini frittatas and fresh mint tea, excitement grew as students chopped, grated, sauteed, whisked, baked and brewed. The reward for hard work was a meal everyone enjoyed, full of delicious flavors and pleasing aromas.   Even a doubting member of the class testified: “ I didn’t think I’d like the mini frittatas but I totally loved them! ”   Luckily, enough muffins were baked so that each student got two.  Double yummy!
