Flavorful chicken tortilla soup may have had too many beans

The children were VERY interested in this week's menu! First of all, they LOVE smashing the garlic. They were not very excited about the onion chopping though. And they were very curious about making corn chips from soft tortillas.  Gaby Gonzalez thought the soup had a lot of flavor and Basir Jones thought the soup was good but had too many beans. We may have brushed a little too much oil on the tortillas since some of the chips weren't as crunchy. Michael Jones thought this was the best meal so far.
