Fish tacos, pickled slaw, sweet potatoes a tasteful masterpiece

Rosa Vicente double checks the recipe before measuring out 2 tablespoons of olive oil during week 3 of the My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Catto Elementary.

All hands were on deck this week as we split up into teams to create this colorful dish.  Team Fries started right away slicing the sweet potatoes and preparing them to soak in water.  Team Taco began chopping the cilantro for the pickled slaw as Leosander Rivas said, "Wow that smells really strong!"  Seemed like new comer Rosa Vicente was not new to the kitchen as she positioned her fingers on the lime and said, "this is how you hold your fingers while cutting."  Both teams came together in the end to plate this tasteful masterpiece.
