What a fantastic beginning! Joseph Chacon says he wants to learn to cook so he can cook for his mom. Nelly Stevens wants to cook for her family and friends. We even have an aspiring restaurant owner  and cook in Rachel Caruso. Rachel says that she thinks taking this class is the first step to reach her goal.
