Chinese chicken, broccoli stir fry needed more sauce

Our gang was extremely busy this week making both an entree and a dessert.

The Chinese Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry was delicious. They thought the chicken was flavorful but that we needed more sauce. They especially like the crisp broccoli.

The Carrot Cake was a big hit. The first question was, "Are there really carrots in it?" Everyone wanted more powdered sugar on it and thought the cake was very moist even though we were eating it warm because we were running out of time.
