Hi from Prince Hall week 7 ! We can hardly believe the semester has gone by so fast.  We have had such a great time cooking every week. This week was a lot of work making the Chinese chicken with broccoli and the carrot cake which we did in muffin tins. We were super organized and got everything done.  The kids could not believe how great the chicken came out and we all felt like we were in a Chinese restaurant. The quinoa was a hit as many of the kids had never had it before, not a morsel was left over. We had fun planning for our final meal of the cooking class and talked about what we would serve our guests and boy are they in for a treat. We are excited to celebrate a great semester of cooking !!
