Breakfast veggie pockets a great kickoff recipe for an energetic crew

Djimon Blanchard and Athanasios Mondlak whisk eggs for the breakfast veggie pita pockets that they made during week 1 of the My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Russell Byers school.

The students burst through the kitchen doors with a boundless enthusiasm that never wavered during their first class—from reading the recipe all the way through dish duty. So proud of their final product, they yelled out "awesome," "amazing," and "fantastic," when we asked what they thought of the breakfast veggie pockets. Looking forward to a fun semester with this crew!
