Our four fifth-graders, on their first class, were given an introduction to some of the basic procedures and terminology that will be needed for this semester. Everyone had a good attitude towards the work that they were assigned and were enthusiastic to try new food. Our whole wheat pita stuffed with spinach and red pepper scrambled eggs with Colby cheese was a big hit. The students were eager to try it at home. One mother mentioned that her daughter, who never had tried red bell peppers, was planning on making t it for their whole family.
