On the Menu for today is Tortellini Salad. The students were amazed that they were having a salad without "lettuce". The idea of being a vegetarian was discussed and some of the students commented that they liked most of the vegetables in the salad because it was a different texture that what they are used to when eating a salad. The addition of the lemon zest was tart but tasty.
