A busy week of carrot peeling, tomato chopping, and zucchini shaving

 "We're living the carrot life!" Wesley Amendano exclaimed as the students rotated through carrot peeling, tomato chopping, and zucchini shaving while preparing the tortellini salad.  Everyone was excited as there was at least one ingredient in the dish they had never tasted previously.  In the end, all agreed the salad was delicious, and the lemony dressing added a refreshing surprise.
