Paul and James with their chickens

After the Perfect Chicken Recipe was posted on the blog last week, I heard from lots of people who are interested in cooking along with us on the blog and started by roasting chickens. These two cooking studs, James and Paul, even sent in photos!

Alice S. writes:

Perfect timing for Perfect Chicken. Needed something for dinner and also a second dinner to deliver to in-laws. Arrived home with Perfect Chicken fixins and even more perfect, had two 20 something young men in the kitchen at the time. Paul and James each made a beautiful roasted chicken dish which they will try again...if only someone buys them some pots. — Alice S
