Video: Gruden's QB Camp with Foles

POSTED: Friday, April 27, 2012, 11:42 PM

The Eagles selected Arizona quarterback Nick Foles in the third round (88th overall) Friday night. Here's a clip from when Foles joined Jon Gruden's QB Camp on ESPN.

And as EaglesInsider Tweeted, the full show is on YouTube, for now.

He has a strong arm and throws the deep ball well. Hopefully Andy Reid and Marty can teach him the nuances of playing QB and mold him into the next franchise QB. That arm strength is his best asset. Kolb and Kafka don't have his arm strength.

If they were going to pick a QB, I am glad they took him over Cousins...Living here in AZ, I have actually seen him play live. His O- line was subpar, and so was most everyone he was throwing the ball too...

Agree with PhilliefaninAZ, I am native Arizonan with Philadelphia connections. Foles is a GOOD pick!

Maybe this wasn't a reach at 3rd round after all. Seems like he could be a player given proper coaching and some time.
