Remember boys- McNabb is an old man and Kolb is just entering his prime. McNabb also spent too much time injured on the bench.— jjpwharris- They traded him to the Redskins out of respect. - UNBELIEVABLE!! This is one of the worst trades ever. To all of those idiot Eagles fans who have been trying to drive McNabb out of town for years I have this to say- Be careful what you wish for. I have no idea what the hell these people see in Kolb. He has a weak arm and has shown no indication that he can be a great quarterback in this league. These same fans better expect a major step backwards this year. I am terribly worried at the demoralization this could cause to all of the young talent that the team now has. To trade him within the division is beyond stupid. If they are any better than 6-10 next year I will be stunned.— jogro
- Growing up a Broncos fan..1993 some idiot fans were putting John Elway down instead of the Idiot, but good Coach/G.M. Dan Reaves who had led the team to 3 AFC championships.. The owner was smart enough to fire the good coach and hire a great coach(Mike Shanahan). The Broncos and Elway went on to win 2 Straight Superbowls. Mike Shanahan is a genuis on offense and his offenses have always been in the tops in the league. The Eagles Defensive co-ordinator still hasnt proved his good..— THEBULLYMAN
- McNabb was the least of the problems for a team that got beat by the Cowboys THREE times last year. If they don't fix that defense, 6-10 is a dream. They were getting beat up physically. Yes, I'm a fan.— tamacall

- This would have been a good move if he went to the Raiders or a team out of the division. Now he will make the Eagles pay twice a year. This was a horrible decision and one the Eagles will regret.— teacher and parent
