Public betting against Eagles

The Eagles are 3-point underdogs for Sunday's matchup against the Packers, and the public is all over Green Bay.

Sportsbook.com has the Eagles as 3-point underdogs for Sunday's matchup against the Packers at the Linc.

And the public loves Green Bay.

According to sportsbook.com's betting trends section, 98 percent of the action is on the Packers to cover. The public is also expecting a shootout. The over/under is 47.5, and 91 percent of the site's action is on the over.

The Eagles are one of eight home underdogs in Week 1.

Meanwhile, Bodog.com sent an e-mail out yesterday with season bets for the Eagles. I went over the ones involving Kevin Kolb on Tuesday, but there are plenty of others.

The Eagles are 28/1 to win the Super Bowl. Fourteen teams in the NFL have better odds than the Eagles. The Cowboys are 9/1, the Giants are 25/1, and the Redskins rank below the Eagles at 30/1.

The Eagles are 13/1 to win the NFC and 15/4 to win the NFC East. Dallas is the favorite to win the division at 5/6. The Giants are 13/4, and the Redskins are the underdogs at 5/1.

The over/under on Eagles wins is 8.5. The over is +120, and the under is listed at -150.

Here are some of the over/unders on individual players:

Kevin Kolb odds to lead the NFL in passing yards: 20/1 (eight QBs have better odds; Donovan McNabb is 30/1)
