Sheil - are we over-rating the Eagles O-line? I watched the last Cowboy game again recently and there was a jailbreak on virtually every play with a Cowboy on Vick or McCoy instantly Abusedeaglesfan
are the gonad challenged philly sports reporters afraid of Andy Reid? Every time Reid says "i need to do a better job" they never respond with "what are you going to do differently"? "do you pratice two minute drills every day like the Giants do? reporters in Philly are dumbstruck by Reid and Lurie. sammydelphia- Even if the reporters would ask Reid what he's going to do differently, do you really think he'd give them an intelligent answer?

On a separate note: would there be an interest by the Eagles to bring in Otogwe, recently cut by the Skins? I think for the right price, he'd be a nice insurance policy at either safety position. Best case scenario, he backs up Allen and Jarrett. Likely scenario is that he wins the starting SS position as I am completely unsold on Jarrett. If the team expects to contend, Kurt Coleman cannot be in the starting lineup. Way too slow. beegal99
How crazy is the WR market this year? If a guy touches the ball 4-5 times a game, that gets him 15-20 million guaranteed. If I were an OL, I'd be pissed. banned
beegal99: Kurt Coleman is the best safety currently on the Eagles' roster. p-diddy
how 'bout this Wimbley guy from Oakland???

Why should Reid communicate with idiots? dwilly
The Browns have signed veteran DE Juqua Parker, the NFL Network is reporting. GM Tom Heckert and coach Pat Shurmur are familiar with Parker, an accomplished pass rusher who played with Philadelphia since 2005 and was a starter from 2008 through 2010...http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/rapid-reports/post/17821694 emoney
P-diddy, I don't think so. Allen will bounce back this season. Coleman is way too slow. Good football player...for the CFL. Jarrett is a big question mark, so I would need some insurance. No need to draft another safety who will need at least a year to learn the NFL. Not going there again. beegal99
