This just arrived from Frank X. Custer, spokesman for the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners:

It is a beautiful day to celebrate the great weather with our courthouse family. I’ve arranged to have water ice on the Plaza at 12:15 pm today.  Please join Leslie Richards, Bruce Castor and me, along with many of our Row Officers and county staff, for what I’m sure will be a great time.
