Towamencin burglar steals firearms
Towamencin Twp. Police are investigating a home burglar in which three handguns and ammunition were taken Monday.
This burglary report from the Towamencin Twp. Police Department strikes me as a bit scarier than others because of what was taken.
"The Towamencin Township Police Department is investigating the reported burglary of a residence in the 800 block of Stony Creek Ct. that reportedly occurred between 0900 and 1500 hours on June 3, 2013. Entry was gained into the residence by forcing open a rear sliding glass door.
"A safe was forced open and a RugerLCP.380 handgun, A Ruger P89DC handgun, and a Taurus 905 handgun were reported stolen from the safe. A Bulova gold watch, approximately $30.00 in change, and a box of 9MM ammunition were also reported stolen from the residence.
