Pa. to widen Route 73 in Skippack Twp.


Motorists will face lane restrictions during weekdays through 2015, as work crews take on a project to widen Skippack Pike.

The Department of General Services plans to restrict traffic on Route 73 between Lucon Road and Hudnut Road in Skippack Township, Montgomery County.

Work starts Monday, March 12.

Flaggers will reduce Route 73 to one lane weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through November 2015.

Drivers could also face temporary nighttime restrictions from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
