Lower Merion YMCA sold?

POSTED: Friday, December 14, 2012, 1:38 PM

I heard this morning from Lower Merion Commissioner Cheryl B. Gelber that the YMCA on Montgomery Avenue, across from the Suburban Square shopping center, has been sold to the Cornerstone Development Company, which plans to build condos or luxury rental units. The Montgomery Ave. YMCA is in Gelber's ward. I'll post more information when I learn it.
