Montgomery County emergency personnel get in the spirit with Ugly Sweater Day.
Ordinarily when you dial 911, you probably don't give a hoot what the operator is wearing. But today, maybe it will bring a little cheer to know that the person on the other end of the line is wearing a really ugly sweater.
