Area Dems to hold voter ID clinic 7/28

Montgomery County Area 4 Democrats will host a voter ID clinic on Saturday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in their office, 486 E. Main St., Collegeville.

The clinic is open to anyone who needs help obtaining a valid Pennsylvania voter identification card. Volunteers will provide information about the new Pennsylvania voter ID law, and the necessary forms. The session is free.

Under the new state law, all voters must present an approved photo ID at the polls in order to vote on Election Day, Nov. 6.

Area 4 is also seeking volunteers to help voters obtain IDs and to provide assistance getting to the polls.
