Nude Lip Vs Red Lip

I was chatting with Chris Brown at Bernard's Salon and Spa in Cherry Hill - post Golden Globes - and he says the red lip was the big beauty story of the red carpet.  "I just loved it," Brown told me. "It was simple, classic and elegant but it had amazing pop. The red lip won out."

Bold red lips are chic, sultry and strong and Angelina Jolie truly rocked hers.

But I must admit, I really like  the nude lip. It was on puckers in full force, too.  This classic look is easy to wear during the day and with our new found love for lipstick, it's creamily seductive. I think Madonna did it best.

"The natural lip is also strong because it's a classic," Brown said. "The eyes weren't all smoked out. It was all about the lip."

Thank god a girl has options.
