Dr. Dre Drops Serious Money on Tom and Gisele's Custom-Built Chateau

When Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen hastily listed their palatial estate in March to prepare for their Boston move, some may have balked at the $50 million asking price. Luckily, the listing caught the eye of someone wealthy enough to become the new king of the castle - Dr. Dre!

Situated on five acres in LA's ritzy Brentwood neighborhood, the 14,300-square-foot chateau and its list of amenities - including a koi-fish-filled moat (complete with a bridge!), an infinity pool, a home gym, and a chef's kitchen - won't be easy for Tom and Gisele to part with. The silver lining? The New England Patriots quarterback and supermodel are in the process of building another mansion in the Boston burbs - and yes, they're keeping their full-floor luxury condo in New York City.

Now that that's settled, let's take a peek at Dr. Dre's new pad, shall we?

In the kitchen, a backsplash made of antique Tunisian tile adds color, while an oak island and textured brick ceiling lend rustic touches.

The open-air architecture in this loggia strikes the perfect balance between indoor-outdoor living. We love how the paned doors look like giant windows!
