Kanye West made a fool out of himself at the MTV VMA Awards on Sunday night, picking on poor 19 year old Taylor Swift by jumping up on stage at Radio City Music Hall during her Best Female Video award speech for "You Belong To Me." The cruel brute grabbed the mic out of the hand of the pride of Wyomissing, Pa. and yelled "Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all all time!," referring to "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)," before his microphone was killed. Not quite a Joe Wilson moment, but c'mon, Kanye, show a little class. Boo!

I guess Kanye was just sad for Beyonce... though Beyonce looked mortified at what he was doing. He's talented, but that's a rude stunt to pull, especially on someone so appreciative of the award... and it's ONLY a VMA!

@ thoughtful: No, you're not slow, and no, you didn't miss anything. You just don't have the poisoned heart, self-esteem issues, and diminished mental, emotional, and intellectual capacity that many of the posters here exhibit on a daily basis, and which have apparently been exacerbated because the President and leader of the free world is a black man. i must disagree. the guy is talented for sure. thats why his craziness is 'tolerated'. but what he did last night was plain wrong and disrespectful. its not a race thing cause he did the same at a B.E.T.(black entertainment television) award show. he's just ignorant. but to say he doesnt have any talent just isnt true. but kayne was flat out wrong for what he did

This wasn't about Taylor Swift or Beyonce. It was all about Kanye West. He needed the publicity, and there's no better way to get it than by acting like a fool on national t.v. He was promoting himself more than anything. The MTV VMA's need better security to keep morons like him off the stage.

Kayne is a talented artist, but a total jerk! At least Beyonce tried to salvage a ruined night for Taylor Swift. If this was a publicity stunt to get his name in the papers, he's the biggest jerk in the music industry.
