DJ Max Tundra gets a little reading in while turning "So Long, Farewell," from The Sound of Music into bouncy electronic music at the Pitchfork party at Emo's on Friday. He opens for Junior Boys at the First Unitarian Church on May 6.

Philadelphia noise composer Meghan Remy - a.k.a. U.S. Girls - gets down on the ground and unleashes a torrent of fuzzed out mayhem, with Beach Boys and girl group harmonies buried in the muck, somewhere, at Buffalo Billards on Friday night. She plays Brick Bat Books in Philadelphia on April 21.
