Made In America festival to be streamed on YouTube and Pandora

This weekend's Jay-Z branded Budweiser Made In America festival, taking place Friday and Saturday on what my colleague Karen Heller has dubbed the Bud Franklin Parkway, will be streamed live on both YouTube and Internet radio service Pandora.

Big time fests like Bonnaroo and Coachella are typically streamed on YouTubhe, but this marks a first for Pandora. It's unclear as of yet if the whole fest will be available to be seen and heard, or just selected segments, though the streams will begin at 2 p.m. and run till 11,, just as the fest itself will.

The YouTube stream will be at YouTube.com/BudMadeinAmerica and the Pandora at Pandora.com/BudMadeInAmerica.

Mashable reported this first.

Also, in other Made In America news, Chris Cornell has dropped out. Seems that he has a conflicting commitment, playing on Saturday at a rally for President Obama in Des Moines, Iowa, along with The National. Pearl Jam will have to grunge it alone. A discussion about whether this is a good or bad thing is taking place on Cornell's Facebook page here.
