I'm not saying that Bruce Springsteen is likely to come back to town a day early so he can hang out at the Troc and sing with Brian Fallon of the Gaslight Anthem, who play the Chinatown club both tonight and on Monday. I'm sure he has better things to do. However, the last time the Gaslight's Fallon and Springsteen were in this close proximity, the two Central Jersey dudes took the time out at the Glastonbury Festival in England to duet on the title cut to the GA's 2008 album The '59 Sound. Not that Fallon et. al. need the assist: last time through town in the spring, the GA packed the Troc to the gills, and the mixed generational crowd seemed to know every word to every one of their rocked-out heart-pounding Ramones-meets-the-Boss songs.
