GLENDALE, Ariz. _ Injured wingers Michael Raffl and Matt Read will not play Saturday night against Phoenix, causing coach Craig Berube to juggle his lines.

Read, who has an upper-body injury, skated briefly and then left the ice in the morning because he was not feeling well. Raffl (concussion) skated and said he is almost ready to return.

Both could be in the lineup Tuesday in New Jersey.

On Saturday, Steve Downie will replace Raffl on the top line, while Zac Rinaldo will move to Read's spot on the third line.

Berube says Rinaldo has been making strides.

"He's good without the puck, he skates hard, he's physical, and he's been staying out of the penalty box," Berube said, adding he wants Rinaldo to "get more shots to the net and get to the net, get some greasy goals."

Chris VandeVelde and Jay Rosehill will both be in the lineup Saturday, and Steve Mason will be in the nets.

The Flyers' lines will look like this:

* Claude Giroux centering Jake Voracek and Downie.

* Brayden Schenn centering Scott Hartnell and Wayne Simmonds.

* Sean Couturier centering Rinaldo and Vinny Lecavalier.

* VandeVelde centering Rosehill and Adam Hall.

The Flyers are 3-1 on the road trip and are coming off 2-1 loss in Colorado.

"It's a mental challenge tonight, not thinking about getting home, thinking about getting two points tonight and putting yourself in a nice spot," Berube said. "So it's important that mentally, you're ready."
