The Flyers have added another defenseman to their already-crowded blue line.

Hal Gill, a 15-year veteran, has been invited to camp, which starts Thursday at the Wells Fargo Center.

Gill, 38, played in 32 games last season with Nashville and was scoreless with a minus-3 rating.

The 6-foot-7, 243-pounder has played in 110 playoff games.
