So how can the mayor really expect us to believe that he wants Philadelphia to become "the greenest city in America."
That's one question, among many, that comes to mind upon hearing the news that a Brazilian environmental group is running ads urging people to urinate in the shower as a means of saving water - and, thus, the planet.
