Former cast members of "The Sopranos" - from left, Frank Vincent, Vinny Pastore, Steve Schirippa, and Dan Grimaldi - display the Soprano "Family Made" Wines at Resorts in Atlantic City. Now, wouldn't that be a better export for the state than tales of the latest corruption cases?

Thank God for New Jersey.

Just when folks in Philadelphia have had it with the corrupt-and-contented culture that makes honest taxpayers crazy, along comes Jersey.

In a scene right out of "The Sopranos," prosecutors today rounded up a number of public officials - including a couple of mayors - as part of a sweeping corruption probe that is stunning even by Garden State standards.

The state's corrupt pols may be the first to define the "Green Party" as the party for people who collect the green (cash).
