    Maybe one of the reasons is the general banking industry is actually in decent shap verses the gambling casino investment banks.

    I noticed the fed has twice released something like 30 billion dollars to buy foreign currencies. This is the only reason I can fathom the dollar getting stronger against the euro. That and the euro economy is also not doing so hot.
