Orlando Wawa opens, 'filling a void' in Florida life

Florida Governor Rick Scott and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer joined Wawa Inc. bosses Howard Stoeckel and Chris Gheysens today at the suburban Philadelphia-based smokes-Cokes-gas-snacks-hoagies store chain's first Florida store, on Orlando's Central Florida Parkway.
The company says it will "penetrate the Central Florida market over the next five weeks" with additional stores in Orlando and nearby Kissimmee (two each).
The new stores (and other planned for Tampa later) are "filling a void in our new Florida customers' lives, providing them with a level of convenience and appetite appeal our customers have come to rely on us for,” says Wawa boss Chris Gheysens in a statement.
Golly Gee, Wawa ain't that good.

- wawa used to be good. they changed something baout their hoagies. Maybe it's because I am no longer in college and I am sober when I eat them.
