Twenty9 replacing Flanigan's Boathouse at Great Valley
A replacement restaurant in the heart of corporate Chester County
Stephen Scutti, who owns Stephen's on State in Media, and partners Patricia Archie and Edward Tietjen will open a new restaurant, Twenty9, on Oct. 16 at Great Valley Corporate Center's Fox Barn, replacing Jamie Flanigan's closed Flanigan's Boathouse restaurant, says owner Liberty Property Trust.
The 7,000-square-foot restaurant-sports bar will try to draw crowds from Siemens, Vanguard Group and other big Chester County employers in the Great Valley center and other office barns nearby.
Flanigan's shut Great Valley four months ago, but its Boathouse restaurants in Wayne and Conshohocken are still busy, the office tells me.
