NY investor buys Trevose center for $11M, promises art

Time Equities Inc., New York, has acquired 900 and 1210 Northbrook Drive, Trevose, for $11.24 million, the buyer says. The buidlings, three and four stories respectively, total 161,170 sq ft. Time aquisitions director Aaron Medeiros, in a statement, promised a "rotating art gallery of work by local and national offices," and renovated lobbies and common areas. Time also bought 51 Haddonfield Rd., Cherry Hill, recently.
