Sunoco Logistics: $100M to add Midwest pipelines

Sunoco has been selling refineries to concentrate on retail sales, but its Sunoco Logistics pipeline and terminal affiliate is growing. The company said today it has borrowed around $100 million to buy a controlling interest in Inland Corp. and 350 miles of "refined products pipeline and related facilities," boosting Sunoco Logistics' refined-products network to over 2,000 miles, not counting 5,000-plus miles of crude oil pipelines.
