More government-backed 504 loans than ever in eastern PA

Small Business Administration: Record year for Pa. loans

The Small Business Adminsitration says fiscal 2012 was a record year for its Section 504 business expansion loan-guarantee program in Philadelphia and 39 other counties of eastern Pennsylvania, and the third-highest for total SBA-backed loans, after 2005 and 2011 (when the program was swollen by the Obama stimulus.)

Here's the list of SBA loans in the region.
