Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be at the Union League Friday morning Sept. 28 for breakfast with donors ($2,500 minimum, $10,000 gets you Platinum Level status), joined by Gov. Corbett, Lt.Gov. Cawley, Sen. Pat Toomey R-Pa., according to a flyer distributed over the names of Romney PA co-chairs Robert Asher, Charles Kopp, Christine Toretti.
The event has already been rescheduled at least once and is still "subject to change."
"You'll have serious regrets if you wake up to an Obama reelection on November 7th and you haven't done your part in bringing about his defeat. Please give whatever you can afford. It doesn't have to be at a high level," writes past Delaware County Councilamn Andy Lewis in a cover email promoting the event.
A PA-focused GOP war chest would come in extra handy if national party leaders reverse course in the last weeks and find Pennsylvania is competitive after all (as ex-Gov. Ed Rendell predicts.)
Romney needs to issue passport to some of his swissbank and cayman island money to travel to US. When is he going to stop mooching on Americans. Seed- Return rate must be outregous, otherwise why would anyone take risk on a bet that has only 36% chance of winning.
