Ohana Cos., an online sales promotion developer that employs around 25 at its Talleyville, Del., office, says it's acquired Rebate Delivery LLC, Atlanta, for an undisclosed sum.

Rebate Delivery sells an automated software promotion system. Boss Jason Foodman called the acquisition a "natural fit."

The deal will boost Ohana sales, which totalled $10 million last year, and follows last year's "significant" investment in Ohana by ABS Ventures, Boston, and Ohana founder Chris Quinlan's hiring of former SAP America chief operating officer Eric Rubino as Ohana's new President and Chief Operating Officer. Rubino, a graduate of Rider, St. Joseph's (MBA) and Widener Law, was previously an executive at Neoware Inc. and InfoLogix Inc.
