How to sell, for $599,000, a new Manayunk "Town Home", designed by architect Kevin J. Monaghan and built by his brother Michael, in the current market?

Real estate agent Rosemary Markowski is an artist, and she's drafted a dozen fellow members of "MamaCita, a Mothers' Coooperative in the Arts," including group founder Melissa Tevere, whose paintings "explore the abstractions of fractured light," and Diana Trout, a "mixed media artist" who's "writing a book on the art of visual journaling," to display their work in a gallery-themed Open House this Sunday, 1-4 p.m., at 4513 Silverwood St.

The Monaghans are kicking in an $11,000 art-purchase incentive, says MamaCita Heather Knopf Reeves ("imaginative works in acrylic"). It's the first house in the Monaghan's "Green Lane Commons" developemnt. More info here
