Lubert raises $200M, Kopelman raises $126M

Two Philadelphia funds raised hundreds of millions for investments

Lubert-Adler Real Estate Fund VI collected "a pretty solid fundraising" of  $200 million (half the fund's proposed $400 million) on Tuesday, reports Robert H. Hunt of Villanova.
