Harrisburg muni-law firm buys Exton healthcare-law firm

Rhoads & Sinon LLP, a well-connected Harrisburg law firm that specializes in state and local government and business matters (the firm advised the Harrisburg Authority on its ill-fated 2003 incinerator deal, for example), says it has merged with Exton-based Tsoules, Sweeney, Martin & Orr LLC, which represents government-regulated health care clients.

Tsoules Sweeney named partners Thomas Sweeney, Ernest Tsoules, Renee Martin and Susan Orr will join former Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare chief counsel Allen C. Warshaw in forming Rhoads' expanded healthcare practice.
