Sportsblogs Inc. raised $8 million last week in a second funding round, which "was led by Comcast Corp.," reports the San Francisco Chronicle. "Popularly known as SB Nation, the company was founded in 2003 by Markos Moulitsas, who previously started the political blog DailyKos. SB Nation is described as a network of 200 sports-related sites that draw 3.5 million unique visitors a month." Item here. Earlier report at Techstartups here.
