Catelli of Collingswood joins big veal combine

Catelli Bros., the Collingswood NJ veal and lamb distributor, says it's merging with three other veal companies to form a single integrated veal supplier that hasn't picked a name yet. Catelli's partners include:

Specialty Meats Inc., a veal processor in Vernon, Calif.;

NRV Inc. (formerly Real Veal Inc.), Ixonia, Wisc., a "milk-replacer" producer, which is already owned by:

Delimax,, a Quebec-based veal production, finance and service company.
