  Boscov's is talking to factors and private equity investors. Inquirer story here. Last week's unsourced New York Post story claimed the Reading retailer, eastern Pennsylvania's last big department store chain, can't get more money from CIT, GMAC and its other lenders, and has been shopping for alternative funding sources.
