The British Foreign Service, we're told, classified Washington as a "tropical post" in the 1800s. Philadelphia gets that way in the summer, too, though this year hasn't been quite as sweaty as some we remember. Must be that global cooling kicking in... Chasing that cool, we're taking the kids camping, up in the hills. See you soon.
