The federal auto industry/SUV user bailout program Cash for Clunkers is so popular, and some Republicans are so jealous, American Enterprise Institute columnist Kevin Hassett has suggested some potential follow-up economic stimulus programs. The kind of over-the-top stuff Democrats won't actually propose. Tho you gotta wonder...

Highlights: Fly-Fishing for Food Stamp Recipients, which would jump-start the catalog-clothing business; and Bucks for Botox, a dermatology stimulus-and-consumer cosmetic rehab program.
