AC pushes off-Boardwalk betting

 Despite the weak economy, despite Atlantic City's declining gambling revenues, despite the reluctance of several would-be Boardwalk developers to commit to pending projects, New Jersey's gambling mecca is going ahead with plans to develop more casinos on its suburban fringe, away from the ocean.
