Two two-game losing streaks

MADISON, Wis. -- Penn State has to be wondering what kind of Wisconsin team it will see based on the fact that the Badgers are entering off a two-game losing streak. Will Wisconsin use the losses to Michigan and Ohio State as fuel or will it crumble for a third straight week. The Badgers, on the other hand, are waiting to see if they'll face a Penn State team that has scored only six points in its last two trips to Camp Randall Stadium or the one that has scored an average of 45 points a game this season.
